| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Lohr plead guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 03/21/2001 to one count of Indecent Liberties, one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, and one count of Bail Jumping. He was sentenced to a total of 150 months in prison. These convictions were th result of Lohr sexually assaulting the known eight year old female victim. On 06/17/1996 Lohr plead guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court to one count of Statutory Rape in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 31 months in prison. This conviction was the result of sexually assaulting two known victims. He sexually assaulted the first victim from age three to age seven years old. He sexually assaulted the second victim from her age of three until she was six years old. He portrayed the sexually assaults as a game to the victims. Lohr has admitted to sexually assaulting both male and female victims from his age of 13, victim ages from six to 12 years old. Lohr did not participate in sex offender treatment while in prison for his most recent convictions. He will be on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville Field Office (360) 65802150, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions: Do not associate with known drug users or sellers of illegal drugs except in context of chemical dependency treatment Do not date women nor form relationships with families who have minor children, as directed by CCO Do not enter bars, taverns, casinos, or lounges or any location where alcohol is the primary item for sale Do not enter parks, playgrounds or schools or any place where children congregate as defined by community corrections officer Do not have contact with other potential victims Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim Do not possess or peruse pornographic materials unless authorized Do not possess paraphernalia that can be used for ingestion or processing of controlled substances Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night Do not seek employment or volunteer in positions which place you in contact with or in control over minor children (including parks, libraries and/or other public recreational facilities) Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Do not use, possess, consume or purchase alcohol Enter into and successfully complete certified chemical dependency treatment program Enter into and successfully participate in a certified sex offender treatment program as directed by community corrections officer Have no contact with minors Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Residence location and living arrangements are subject to the prior approval of DOC whil in community placement or community custody Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Submit to polygraph examinations as directed Submit to random urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmographic testing as directed |
