| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Peterson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 03/21/2005 to one count of Rape in the Third Degree, one count of Indecent Liberties and one count of Attempted Child Molestation in the Third Degree. He was sentenced 77months in prison for the Indecent Liberties conviction, 365 days for the Attempted Child Molestation Third Degree conviction and 60 months for the Rape in the Third Degree conviction, all sentences to be served concurrent. These convictions were the result of Peterson sexually assaulting two unknown 15 year old female victims and the unknown adult female victim. The first 15 year old victim had recently met Peterson and was at his residence with other friends of hers. Peterson provided them with alcohol and the victim passed out. Peterson carried her to his bedroom where he isolated her from her friends and locked them outside the residence. Peterson then sexually assaulted the victim throughout the night. The second fifteen year old victim was sexually assaulted in a similar manner on a different day. Peterson met the adult victim and her boyfriend at a bar. He later went to their residence where they consumed more alcohol. After the victim?s boyfriend left the residence Peterson entered her bedroom where she was asleep with her children where he sexually assaulted her. Peterson was found to be non-amenable to sex offender treatment while in prison as he continued to deny his offenses. Peterson is on active Supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville office (360) 658-2150 for a period of 48 months and has the following conditions: Comply with electronic monitoring (GPS) as directed Do not access the internet on any computer in any location unless access is approved in advance by the CCO and your treatment provider.
