| Description: | Bell was driving east on Main Street when she crossed over into the oncoming lane and crashed into the ditch on the north side of Main Street. During contact, Sgt. Wheeler discovered Bell had a crack pipe in her possession. Bell was subsequently charged with misdemeanor driver while intoxicated and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe). This was Bell’s third arrest for the month of June in Trinity County. Officer Bryan arrested her at the Rudy’s Exxon on June 11, 2012 charging her with public intoxication and Trooper Slocum arrested her in the Groveton area on June 13, 2012 charging her with driving while intoxication. |
