| Comments: | A concern citizen emailed the Lafourche Parish Office reporting a possible violation being committed by the Offender. The message detailed the Offender had attended a luncheon at a local school of the Offender''s third grade daughter. The sender identified herself as Jane Doe. Deputy Bordelon had reviewed the Offender''s files and found no documentation restricting the Offender from attending a function for her child. However, Deputy Bordelon did contact the Offender and inquired about the allegations. The Offender stated the school was hosting a luncheon for her daughter''s third grade class to which the Offender attended by way of invitation. Deputy Bordelon instructed the Offender to receive permission from the Principal or School Board prior to entering school grounds in the future and a letter of approval should be submitted to this office for informational data; the Offender assured she will comply with the instructions. The Offender is scheduled to appear in this office on June 15, 2012 for her Annual Registration Update; the Offender is in compliance with this office at this time. Deputy Bordelon filed his report and found no further actions were necessary at this time. |
