According to official documents, Jagger was convicted of Attempted Escape of a Sexually Violent Predator in Pierce County. While at the Special Committment Center on McNeild Island, Jagger placed a dummy in his bed and then climbed two fences in his attempt to escape. He was convicted on 12-21-2009 and was given a term of 66.75 months in prison for this crime. In August of 2002 Jagger was given a term of 32 months for the Crime of Rape of a Child in the 3rd Degree.Jagger was 19 years old at the time and his victims were 14 year old females. Jagger was again convicted of Child Molestation in the 1st degree on 7-28-1999. Jagger who was 16 years of age sexually assaulted a 10 year old female. The victim was staying with friends and the victim was alone at the residence and sitting on the front steps. Jagger came over to the residence and sat down with this victim. He then began kissing this victim and fondled the victim's privates. It appears that Jagger may have been a neighbor and had been told by the victims mother to stay away from the property over 8 times. Jagger was given 104 weeks in a Juvenile Institution and was released on 2-28-2001. Jagger was convicted of the crime of Unlawful Sexual Contact in South Dakota on 4-4-1997 and was given probation.No other information is available on this crime. On 9-1-1995. Jagger was convicted 2 counts of the crime of Assault 4th degree with sexual motivation. Jagger who was between the ages of 12 and 13 assaulted two victim's who were 10 and 7 years of age. Jagger lured the 10 year old victim into the woods and pushed her down and assaulted her.The 7 year old victim was at Jagger's residence with other children and when all of the other children left, Jagger pushed this victim down onto his bed and kissed her numerous times despite her protests. Jagger was given 18 months of Community Supervision in this matter. Jagger was given his Unconditional release from the Special Committment Center as it was determined that he no longer meets the criteria as a Sexually Violent Predator. Do not use/possess/consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription.
Enter into and successfully participate in any DOC program as directed.
Enter into and successfully participate in certified sex offender treatment program as directed.
Have no contact with minors.
Have no contact with other potential victims which means shall have no intentional direct or indirect contact with any potential victims. For purposes of this condition, Victim is defined as anyone underage or appearing to be underage, with whom he might have consensual or unwanted or illegal sexual contact. If there is a question as to whether an individual is of legal age, he shall have no contact with that individual.
Obey all municipal, County, State, Tribal and Federal Laws.
Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any prior victims or their families.
Shall hold no position of authority or trust involving children or persons under the age of 18.
Shall not access 1-900 calls, telephone chat lines, face book, or other phone/internet means of communitcation.
Shall not enter any public washroom/restroom or rest facility that has not been checked for the presence of minors and found to be free of minors by an approved monitoring adult immedlately prior to entering the facility.
Shall not enter bars, taverns, lounges, Casinos or any establishment where primary source of income is the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages.
Shall not enter into an adult entertainment center where nudity or erotic entertainment or literature/magazines are the primary source of income.
Shall not enter/frequent parks, playgrounds, schools, malls, beaches, riverfront parks or any place, activity or function where a victim or minor children may reasonably expect to be present or arrive while he is there.
Shall not form or engage in a relationship with any individual who has minor children in there care or custody without prior written approval of his DOC officer and his treatment provider. Shall not reside in any residence where there are minors under the age of 18
Shall not frequent establishments that cater primarily to minors without the express written permission of DOC and then only in the presence of an approved adult chaperone. This includes but is not limited to the premises of any school, daycare, park, recreation area, or other public or private facility normally frequented by minors.
Shall not initate or engage in physical or romantic relationship with another person without the express written approval of DOC and Treatment provider. Shall not have intentional regular contact with any individual who has not previously been approved by DOC and treatment provider.
Shall not possess paraphernalia or any items that can be altered to become drug paraphernalia.
Shall not possess, purchase or consume alcohol.
Shall not purchase, possess, view any pornographic materials including but not limited to materials depicting consensual sex, sex with violence, or force, sex with non-consenting adults, or sexual activity with children.
Shall not purchase, possess, view movies or play video games depicting sexual themes or excessive violence.
Shall not use or have access to the internet (including via cellular telephone) or any other computer modem or communications software without the prior written permission of DOC.
Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors.
Shall remain at residence between 8 PM and 5 AM 7 days a week.
Shall submit to searches of his person, , residence, vehicle and possessions whenever requested by DOC.
Submit to polygraph testing as required.
Submit to random urinalysis testing as required by DOC. |
