| Comments: | According to official documents Walker pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division to one count of Attempted Child Molestation in the First Degree and one count of Second Degree Assault. He was sentenced to 15 to 36 weeks in custody for each count to be served with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration consecutively for a total of 30 to 72 weeks. The child molestation conviction was the result of Walker sexually assaulting the known four year old male victim. The assault conviction was the result of Walker sexually assaulting the known 11 year old male victim. Walker held a knife to the victims throat and told the vcitim Walker wanted to see his penis. The victim resisted and Walker threatened to kill the victim if he did not comply. Walker then reached under the victim's clothing and fondled the victim's penis. Walker participated in sex offender treatment while in custody. Walker is not on active supervision at this time and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
