Upon arrival officer’s made contact with Wal-Mart’s loss prevention personnel who stated the defendant MATTHEW J. TRASK was observed selecting a $11.97 cable bicycle lock from the hardware section and exit the store without paying for the item. MATTHEW J. TRASK was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. TRASK is being held on a $250 dollar bond. |
