| Comments: | According to official documents, MATTHEW M. TURNER (age 16) sexually assaulted a known 10 year old female on 7/13/2003. The victim was TURNER's neighbor. TURNER coaxed the victim to come out of her house by motioning her to come outside, where he grabbed the victim, forced her to the ground, pulled off her clothes and sexually assaulted her in the back yard of her residence. The victim tried to fight off TURNER but was unsuccessful. This incident occurred when TURNER was pending Indecent Liberties charges from Juvenile Court. TURNER was initially charged with Rape of a Child 1st degree and Rape of a Child 2nd degree and ultimately pled guilty to an amended charge of Rape of a Child 1st degree and was sentenced on 5/24/2004. According to official documents, TURNER (age 15) sexually assaulted two known 14 year old female classmates at school. On 4/15/03,TURNER began talking inappropriately and tried to kiss and hug the first victim. TURNER pinned her against the wall so she couldn't move and she had to struggle to get away from him. She also reported this was not the first occasion TURNER touched her against her will. An hour later on the same day TURNER began talking inappropriately to the second victim and continued to follow her and attempted to kiss and hug her. While the victim walked to her next class, TURNER came up behind her and grabbed both of her arms around her stomach and beneath her breasts. The victim yelled for TURNER to let her go, but he carried her to another school building where he began kissing her. TURNER asked the victim not to be mad at him and said he was sorry. The victim told TURNER to leave her alone. TURNER then reached down and grabbed the victim's vagina with his hand pinched it hard. Both victims alerted school officials, who then called police. TURNER as arrested and charged with two counts of Indecent Liberties. The charges were later dismissed as a part of a plea agreement. TURNER began the Sex Offender Treatment Program while he was incarcerated, but was terminated due to lack of progress. Due to his sexual criminal history, TURNER has been classified as a LEVEL 3 sex offender. |
