| Comments: | SIEGLER, Maxwell Phillip In 2004, Subject SIEGLER was convicted of Rape in the 2nd Degree. According to official documents, in 2003, SIEGLER (then 15 years old) sexually assaulted a non familial 17 year old male victim with a mental status of 10 years of age. SIEGLER disclosed numerous sexual interactions and penetration with the victim that occurred over seven occasions. The victim reported that SIEGLER gave him a bottle full of alcohol and made him drink it. The victim also reported that SIEGLER made him ingest drugs but did not know what kind they were. The victim said the alcohol and drugs made him feel drowsy. During a pre-polygraph interview in 2005, SIEGLER disclosed when he was 12-17 years old he engaged in 'hands on' sexually inappropriate contact with ten non familial and familial male and female victims ages 12-17. SIEGLER did participate in the Sex Offender Treatment. Due to SIEGLER's sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender and is considered high risk to re-offend. This allows the Pierce County Sheriff's Department to disclose relevant, necessary, and accurate information to the public at large. |
