ON 092308 AT APPROXIMATELY 1230 HOURS I RESPONDED TO 3775 SOUTH SUNCOAST BOULEVARD in REFERENCE to A DISTURBANCE. UPON ARRIVING, i MET WITH the TWO VICTIMS, WHO STATED that MR MCNULTY HAD BEEN TO THEIR RESIDENCE YELLING AND SCREAMING AND BANGING ON THEIR DOOR. THEY ALSO STATED that WITHOUT PERMISSION, MR MCNULTY PICKED UP THEIR FOUR YEAR DAUGHTER. AT THAT POINT, WHILE their DAUGHTER WAS CRYING, THE CHILD'S FATHER DEMANDED MR MCNULTY PLACE the CHILD Back on the ground, which he did, however MR mcnulty continued to yell and scream at both VICTIMs and then walked back to his RESIDENCE. i approached MR mcnulty and asked him what had occurred. at that point he was unwilling to give me a statement. i placed MR mcnulty under arrest, handcuffed, DOUBLE locked, and placed him in the rear of my PATROL VEHICLE. i then read him miranda rights from miranda card, to which he stated he understood each of his rights. on the way to the detention facility, MR mcnulty CONTinued to say he did not do anything except yell at his neighbor because his neighbor was annoying him. MR mcnulty also stated to me, without questioning, that this neighbor was mad at him for picking up his child. MR mcnulty was then brought to booking for processing. MR mcnulty requested to fill out his own statement, to which he was supplied statement forms which will be turned into records, along with the statements of the two victims. *NOT-EXEMPT* |
