ON 112607 AT APPROXIMATELY 2051 HOURS, A SEARCH WARRANT WAS CONDUCTED AT THE RESIDENCE OF THE DEFENDANT'S LOCATED AT 1037 NORTHEAST 7TH AVENUE. THE SEARCH WARRANT WAS IN REFERENCE TO NARCOTICS. UPON A SEARCH OF THE RESIDENCE, THE DEFENDANT'S PURSE WAS LOCATED UNDER A CHAIR CUSHION AND A SEARCH OF the PURSE REVEALED A SMALL PIPE WHICH CONTAINED WIRE MESHING AND RESIDUE COMMONLY USED TO sMOKE CRACK COCAINE. ALSO DISCOVERED IN THE DEFENDANT'S BATHROOM WAS A CELLOPHANE CIGARETTE WRAPPER CONTAINING SMALL pieces OF WHITE SUBSTANCE WHICH APPEARED TO BE CRACK COCAINE. A field TEST WAS CONDUCTED OF THE WHITE SUBSTANCE WHICH TESTED POSITIVE FOR COCAINE. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF COCAINE AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and . THE DEFENDANT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY WITH A BOND SET $5,500.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE. *NOT-EXEMPT* |
