| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to WalMart in reference to a wanted subject. Officers had been attempting to locate the defendant when an anonymous tip was received advising that she was at the store. Officers were able to locate her while she was committing another theft. She was taken into custody and the warrants were confirmed. Search incident to arrest also located three Morphine pills that she did not have a prescription for. It was later determined that the pills had been stolen from her roommate and she was charged accordingly. She was transported to the Hernando County Jail where she is held on $ 14,500 bond. |
