| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Jennings pled guilty to the crimes of Rape of a Child in the 1st Degree and Child Molestation in the 2nd Degree and was given a term of 120 months in prison in Whatcom County Superior Court. Jennings at age 40 assaulted a known 9 year old boy. Jennings befriended the victim and his mother while they were living in transitional housing to escape domestic violence. The victim was playing vedio games and sitting on the lap of Jennings who fondled the victim and then had oral sex. The victim reported what had taken place and the police were called. During the investigation of the above crime of rape of a Child in the 1st Degree, the victim of the Child Molestation 2nd degree was located. Jennings sexually assaulted a known 13 year old who had spent the night. Jennings took photographs of this victim while he was asleep and when this victim woke up he was no longer fully clothed. While in prison, Jennings completed Sex Offender Treatment.
