| Narrative: | At approximately 1038 hours Michael Bosse walked in to the Florida Community Bank, after taking a taxi to the location. While the taxi driver waited unknowingly outside, Bosse presented a hand written note to the teller demanding $5,000 in cash and stating that he had a gun. The teller complied and Bosse was given an undisclosed amount of cash. Bosse fled the bank to thea waiting taxi, and then directed the driver to take him to Walmart, at 7305 S. Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601. Again, the Taxi waited as Bosse entered Walmart and bought a cellular phone and other items. A BOLO was issued for the robber and the taxi. While Bosse was inside shopping with the stolen bank money, a Hernando County Sheriff’s Sergeant happened upon the waiting taxi. Upon exiting Walmart, Bosse was confronted by law enforcement. He attempted to flee, but was apprehended by the H.C.S.O. Sergeant and Brooksville Police. Bosse admitted to the offense when questioned by Brooksville Detectives and has given a statement. The majority of the money was recovered, and Bosse was found to be in possession of a weapon and charged accordingly. |
