Buckner was given a term of 15 months in prison on 09-15-2009. Two adult victims were patients at a local hospital and Buckner was a technician at the hospital. While the victims were being treated in the ER, Buckner fondled one victim's breast as she was coming out a state of anesthesia and while taking a blood draw on the other victim, Buckner grabbed the victim's hand and placed it on his clothed penis.
