THIS DEPUTY WAS CONTACTED BY THE COMPLAINANT WHO ADVISED THAT THE DEFENDANT, MR MICHAEL AUTENRIETH, WAS AT HEATH MINI STORAGE ON 41 SOUTH AND WAS POSSIBLY ARMED. THE COMPLAINANT ADVISED THAT A PREVIOUS INCIDENT HAPPENED AT 2814 FORREST DRIVE WHERE THE DEFENDANT GOT VERY UPSET AND BEGAN THROWING AND BREAKING THINGS. THE COMPLAINANT ADVISED THAT HE WAS TOLD THE DEFENDANT SHOT THREE HOLES IN THREE TELEVISIONS AND DESTROYED SEVERAL OTHER THINGS INSIDE THE RESIDENCE THAT HE WAS RENTING. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THESE TELEVISIONS WERE NOT THE DEFENDANT'S BUT BELONGED TO VICTIM ONE. K9 DEPUTY DAVIS, DEPUTY SCHAFFER, AND DEPUTY LAUGHLIN ALONG WITH THIS DEPUTY MADE ENTRY INTO HEATH MINI STORAGE BY PUSHING ON A SMALL GATE WHICH WAS NOT SECURED PROPERLY AND OPENED RIGHT AWAY. DEPUTY LAUGHLIN AND DEPUTY SCHAFFER ADVISED THEY OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT SITTING IN A CHAIR IN THE FRONT OFFICE. THIS DEPUTY ALONG WITH K9 DEPUTY DAVIS OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT'S AUTOMOBILE TO BE PARKED IN THE LAST ROW OF THE STORAGE UNIT. AT THAT TIME, DEPUTY DAVIS RETRIEVED K-9 MITO AND BEGAN TO SPEAK WITH THE DEFENDANT. DEPUTY DAVIS ADVISED THE DEFENDANT THAT HE NEEDED TO STEP OUT OF THE OFFICE SO THAT WE CAN VERIFY IF HE WAS ALLOWED TO BE THERE. AT THAT TIME, THE DEFENDANT BECAME VERY ANGRY AND BEGAN THROWING THINGS AROUND THE OFFICE. THIS DEPUTY WAS THEN ADVISED BY SERGEANT TOMPKINS TO RESPOND TO 2814 FORREST DRIVE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE VICTIM. IT SHOULD BE NOTED, AT THAT TIME THIS DEPUTY DID NOT HAVE KNOWLEDGE THAT DEPUTY HOLTZHOUSE HAD TAKEN A REPORT WITH THE DEFENDANT. UPON ARRIVAL, I MADE CONTACT WITH VICTIM ONE, WHO ADVISED THAT HE PICKED UP THE DEFENDANT AT APPROXIMATELY 1200 HOURS AT AN UNKNOWN LOCATION AND BROUGHT HIM BACK TO THEIR RESIDENCE. VICTIM ONE ADVISED THAT HE LEFT THE RESIDENCE TO GO OUT WITH A FEMALE FRIEND AND UPON RETURNING BACK TO THE RESIDENCE, HE STARTED TO WATCH A MOVIE WITH ANOTHER ROOMMATE AND AT THAT TIME, HE HEARD THE DEFENDANT SCREAMING AND YELLING AND WENT OUT TO SEE WHAT OCCURRED. HE ADVISED THAT UPON ENTERING HIS RESIDENCE, HE OBSERVED THREE TELEVISIONS THAT WERE HIS SHOT ONCE IN THE SCREEN OF THE TELEVISIONS. HE ADVISED THAT HE KNEW THE TYPE OF FIRE ARM THAT THE DEFENDANTS HAD DUE TO THE DEFENDANT ATTEMPTING TO SELL IT TO HIM. HE ADVISED THAT THE FIRE ARM WAS A 357 REVOLVER. AT THAT TIME, I WAS NOTIFIED BY SERGEANT TOMPKINS THAT THE DEFENDANT CAME OUT OF THE OFFICE AND WAS PLACED IN HANDCUFFS (DOUBLE LOCKED) BEHIND HIS BACK AND WAS EN ROUTE TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY BY DEPUTY SCHAEFFER. THIS DEPUTY THEN RESPONDED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY WHERE HE COMPLETED THE PROPER PAPERWORK. WHILE EN ROUTE TO THE DETENTION FACILITY, THIS DEPUTY WAS ADVISED BY DEPUTY DAVIS THAT HE LOCATED THE FIRE ARM INSIDE THE DEFENDANT'S MAKE SHIFT HOME IN A STORAGE UNIT. DEPUTY DAVIS ADVISED THAT IT WAS A 357 REVOLVER THAT HAD A SIX SHOT CYLINDER. DEPUTY DAVIS ADVISED THAT THERE WERE THREE EMPTY ROUNDS INSIDE THIS FIREARM AND THREE LOADED ROUNDS. DEPUTY DAVIS ALSO ADVISED THIS DEPUTY THAT WHILE HE WAS SPEAKING WITH THE DEFENDANT, THE DEFENDANT ADVISED HIM THAT HE WAS A CONVICTED FELON. THIS DEPUTY WILL FILL OUT THE PROPER PAPERWORK AND FORWARD IT TO THE STATE FOR A CONVICTION OF A FIRE WEAPON CARRIED BY A CONVICTED FELON. THE DEFENDANTS BOND WAS SET AT $1,000.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE. *NOT-EXEMPT*
