| Comments: | According to official documents Elrod was found guilty by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 10/08/2004 of two counts of Child Molestation in the Second Degree and one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He was sentenced to 57 months in prison. These convictions were the result of Elrod picking up two known male victims, ages 15 and 16 and the known 13 year old female victim at a park. He took them to his home and once there Elrod directed sexual activities involving all three of the victims. Elrod did not physically participate because ?he did not want to get in trouble with the law. However he did direct the activities of the sexual assault telling all three of them what to do and they complied. On 03/04/2003 Elrod pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Assault in the Fourth Degree. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail which was suspended. This conviction was the result of Elrod sexually assaulting the known 14 year old female victim. Elrod has admitted to five additional female victims ages six to 15. He was between 14 and 20 years old at the time he offended against the un-adjudicated victims. Elrod did participate in the sex offender treatment program while in prison. Elrod is no longer on supervision. |
