| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Linear Pled guilty to the crime of Unlawful Imprisonment on April 1, 2004 and was given a term of 22 months with credit for time served while awaiting his sentence. The victim in his crime was a 18 year old female who was given a ride from Seattle to a home in Everett. Upon arriving at this residence in Everett, the victim was pulled out of the vehicle and taken into the residence. The victim was assaulted both physical and sexual by a group of adults males. The victim was able to pick Linear out of a photo montage. Linear was first charged with Rape in the Second Degree but was allowed plea down to Unlawful Imprisonment. In December of 1995 when Linear was 12 years of age he was convicted of the crime of Rape in the 3rd degree and was given probation and supervision for a period of 24 months with the King County Juvenile Court System. The victim was a known to Linear. Linear no longer has any conditions on this 1995 conviction. Linear has been convicted of the following crimes: Four convictions of possession or delivery of controlled substances, Attempted fail to Register, and Assault 4th Degree.
