| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that units responded to the area of Candlelight Blvd in reference to a battery complaint. During the investigation it was found that Michael Merced and his live in girlfriend had gotten into an argument inside their apartment. The argument turned physical when Merced started to push his girlfriend about the face and chest area. Merced continued to push his girlfriend out the door of the apartment. The victim stated that she was five months pregnant with Merced child. Contact was made with Merced at the residence. He was taken into custody for Domestic aggravated battery on a pregnant female and held at the Hernando County Jail under a no bond status. |
