| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Naegle pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 11/14/2007 to one count of Possession of Depictions of a Minor engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct. He was sentenced to 26 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Naegle posting photographs on a web site which showed minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Additionally Naegle was found to be in possession of other child pornography on his computer. On 08/22/2000 Naegle was convicted in Everett Municipal Court of Lewd Conduct. He was sentenced to 90 jails in jail with 86 days of that sentence being suspended. This conviction was the result of Naegle exposing his penis to an unknown adult male as the victim walked past Naegle?s residence. On 12/08/1995 Naegle pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court to one count of Indecent Liberties. He was sentenced to 20 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Naegle sexually assaulting the known 15 year old male victim. Naegle is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Everett Field Office (425) 290-3200, for a period of 48 months and has the following conditions: Commit no new law violations Do not access the Internet on any computer in any location, unless such access is approved in advance by the supervising Community Corrections Officer and your treatment provider. You must subject to searches or inspections of any computer equipment to which you have regular access Do not frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate, as defined by the supervising Community Corrections Officer Do not initiate or prolong contact with minor children without the presence of an adult who is knowledgeable of the offense and has been approved by the supervising Community Corrections Officer Do not possess or access pornographic materials, as directed by the supervising Community Corrections Officer. Do not frequent establishments whose primary business pertains to sexually explicit or erotic material Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night Do not seek employment or volunteer positions, which place you in contact with or control over minor children Participate in offense related counseling programs, to include sexual deviancy treatment and DOC sponsored offender groups, as directed by the supervising Community Corrections Officer Participate in polygraph and plethysmograph examinations as directed by the supervising Community Corrections Officer You must consent to DOC home visits to monitor your compliance with supervision. Home visits include access for the purposes of visual inspection of all areas of the residence in which you live or have exclusive/joint control/access Your residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved by the supervising Community Corrections Officer |
