| Details: | Michael Thomas OSBORN is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months for life. He is considered armed and dangerous. OSBORN has ties to the Houston area, particularly the Deer Park area where he was last known to reside. He also has ties to Louisiana and Florida. In 2000, OSBORN was convicted in Montgomery County of Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
