| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Pilkington pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 09/18/1997 to one count of Child Molestation First Degree. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Pilkington sexually assaulting the known three year old female victim numerous times while babysitting her. On 11/03/2003 Pilkington pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court to one count of Attempted Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes and one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was sentenced to 45 days in county jail for each count to be served concurrently. This conviction was the result of Pilkington going to the residence of the known 13 year old female victim. Pilkington, knowing the age of the victim repeatedly asked the victim to show him her breasts which she declined to do. He had also tried to enter the bathroom to see another female who was taking a shower at the time. Pilkington did participate in sex offender treatment as a part of his juvenile conviction.
