| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Hakimi was found guilty by Jury Trial of three (3) Counts of Child Molestation in the 1st degree in Snohomish County Superior Court. He was given a term of 114 months in prison. The victims in his crimes were two victims were 7 years of age. Hakimi was friends with one of the victims and her parents. Hakimi offered to babysit one of the victims and her friend who was also 7 would come over and visit while Hakimi was babysitting. Hakimi fondled both victims over 3 months until one of the victims reported the incident. Hakimi also was charged with sex crimes against both males and females between the ages of 5 and 9 years. These cases were either dismissed or Hakimi was found not guilty. Hakimi refused to participate in Sex offender treatment while in prison. While in prison he had infractions for Strong arming, fighting, refusing a search and assault on another offender. Hakimi is on active supervision with the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections, Everett Office. 425-290-3200 Shall enter into and successfully participate in certified sex offender treatment.
