| Details: | Victim, 16 years old, went to visit her friend in Lake Worth. The friend then leaves with a boyfriend and the victim is left alone with the friend's brother & father. The friend's father, Zanders, offers the victim a ride home; however, does not take her home. Zanders drove the victim, along with two other children, to another house and then down another road. Zanders then yelled at the victim to get in the back seat and for the 2 other children to get in the front seat. Zanders demanded the victim to take her pants off, grabbed her arm, and used his fingers to penetrate the victim's vagina. Zanders then licked his fingers and ejaculated on the victim's leg & car seat. The victim was able to escape when she claimed she had to urinate. Delray Beach Police was called and Zanders was arrested on 06/04/2003. |
