| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle being driven by Nicholas Nazar. Upon contact Nazar was taken into custody for DWLSR. A search of the exterior of the vehicle was conducted by K-9 Koda. A positive alert was given to the odor of narcotics omitting from the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle a zip lock bag containing a green leafy substance was located in the console. The substance field tested positive for marijuana. Nazar was arrested for DWLSR and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and held at the Hernando County Jail under a $10,500.00 bond. |
