| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter in custody. Loss Prevention advised they had observed the defendant select and conceal cosmetics and other items. She was then observed passing all points of sale and failing to pay for the items. She was stopped as she exited the store and brought to the office. The merchandise valued at $80.00 was recovered and returned to the store. A records check also revealed an active warrant for Violation of Probation out of Hillsborough County. The warrant was confirmed and she was transported to the Hernando County Jail where she is held without bond. |
