Reason:	On 09/16/2014, about 1800 hours, a male suspect entered the Fremont Bank branch located at 3549 Castro Valley Boulevard in Castro Valley. The robber ordered the two bank tellers to lead him to the vault and open it, threatening to shoot them if they did not comply. After holding the tellers against their will for over 15 minutes, the robber fled the bank with a large amount of cash prior to the arrival of law enforcement.
