| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Forbes pled guilty to the crimes of Attempted Robbery in the 1st Degree and Assault 2nd Degree with Sexual Motivation. He was given a term of 128 months in prison. Forbes entered a 7-11 store in King County and asked the clerk if he could use the restroom. Forbes came back out and told the clerk that the toilet had overflowed. The victim went to check on this and Forbes suddenly grabbed the victim by her neck and pushed the victim into the wall and then onto the floor. The victim was then assaulted until she was unconscious. The victim later was able to exit the bathroom and saw that Forbes was at the cash register and a customer was in the store. The victim yelled that she was being robbed. The victim was able to contact the police and Forbes left the area. While in prison Forbes completed the Sex Offender treatment program. Forbes has a criminal history of Felony Theft, Forgery, Possession of Stolen Property, Burglary and Robbery and Attempted Robbery. Forbes also has several misdemeanor convictions. Forbes is on supervision for Life. He is being supervised by the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections. 360-658-2150. Shall complete the sex offender treatment phase while in the community, which is follow up treatment from the program that he completed while in prison. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall not engage in conduct involving any type of sexual harassment, such as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that tends to create a hostile or offensive environment. Shall not enter bars, taverns or lounges. Shall not entered into the Everett area or King County without prior written approval of his corrections officer. Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Shall not purchase, own or have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall not use, possess or consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription. Shall submit to poylgraph testing as required. Submit to breathalyzer testing and urine testing as requested by his Corrections Officer. |
