Narrative: Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to Wal Mart in reference to two shoplifters in custody. Loss Prevention advised they had observed the defendants select and conceal over $400 worth of items from various departments in the store. They were then observed passing all points of sale and failing to pay for any of the items. They were stopped as they attempted exit the store and brought to the office. The merchandise was recovered and returned to the store. A records check on Berry revealed four active warrants out of Jackson County for worthless checks. Both subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail.
