| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Perdigone was found guilty by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 09/24/1997 of one count of Rape First Degree (with a Deadly Weapon). He was sentenced to 186 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Perdigone sexually assaulting the unknown adult female victim. Perdegone called an escort service and made arrangements for a prostitute to come to his motel room. Once there he pushed the victim onto the bed and put the barrel of a handgun in her mouth. He then sexually assaulted her to include the use of the weapon to sexually assault her. The victim was able to escape after convincing Perdegone that she needed to contact the escort service. Perdegone declined to participate in sex offender treatment while in prison. Perdegone is on active supervision with the Washtington State Department of Corrections, Everett office (425) 290-3200, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions: Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed No contact with prostitutes or escort services No contact with victim for life Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO |
