| Comments: | According to official documents, Sandefer pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 01/28/2004 to one count of Assault 2nd Degree. He was sentenced to 20 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Sandefer sexually assaulting the known six year old female victim on two occasions. Sandefer sexually assaulted the victim when he was left alone with her. Sandefer was on supervision at the time of this offense. On 11/25/1992 Sandefer was found guilty by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 89 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Sandefer sexually assaulting the known four year old female victim. He sexually assaulted this victim while living with her family for a short period of time. Sandefer pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division on 03/16/1989 to three counts of Indecent Liberties and was sentenced to 32 weeks in the custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This conviction was the result of Sandefer sexually assaulting the known four and six year old female victims. Sandefer has previously been reviewed for civil commitment as a Sexually Violent Predator. He was found to not meet the criteria by a jury. Sandefer is no longer on supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
