| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Wentworth pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 09/23/2009 to one count of Possession of Depictions of a minor engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct. He was sentenced to 14 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Wentworth possessing child pornography photographs and videos that had been obtained on the internet. Most of the child pornography involved the sexual assaults of five to nine year old female victims. On 11/24/2009 Wentworth pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court to one count of Voyeurism. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison to be served concurrently with the above listed sentence. This conviction was the result of Wentworth possessing homemade videos he had taken of women of a sexual nature without their knowledge or permission with a camera concealed on his person. Law enforcement found these videos during the search for child pornography. Wentworth did not have enough time in prison to complete the sex offender treatment program. Wentworth is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Everett Field Office (425) 290-3200, and has the following conditions: Do not access the internet or email by electronic devices on any computer in any location, unless access is approved by CCO and Treatment provider. Any computer that has access to the internet is subject to search. Do not possess sexual stimulas material for your particular deviancy as defined by the CCO and therapist except provided for therapeutic purposes Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not purchase, possess, or view any pornographic material in any form as defined by the treatment provider or the supervising CCO Do not use computer chat rooms Do not use illegal or controlled substances without valid prescription from a licensed physician Enter into and successfully complete a sex offender treatment program with a certified sex offender treatment provider Enter into and successfully participate in counseling program as directed by community corrections officer Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed May not possess an computers, parts, or peripherals including but not limited to hard drives, storage devices, digital cameras, web cams, wireless video devices or receivers, cd/dvd burners, or any device to store or reproduce digital media or images Must consent to DOC home visits to monitor compliance with supervision. Home visits include access for the purposes of visual inspection of all areas of residence in which the offender lives or has exclusive/joint control/access Remain within or outside geographic boundaries as directed Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Submit to polygraph examinations as directed Submit to random urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmographic testing as directed Submit to search of your person, residence, vehicle and possessions whenever requested by CCO |
