| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Patrol Division reports that units responded to 460 Hale Ave apartment 30 in reference to a disturbance complaint. Upon arrival contact was made with Pierre L. Williams. During the investigation it was found that Williams and his girl friend had been in a verbal altercation. It was also found that Williams was on felony probation and one of his special condition of the probation was not to have contact with the victim of the crime. His girlfriend was the victim in that case. Williams was taken into custody for violating a condition of his probation. Williams was held at that Hernando County Jail under a no bond status. |
