Official documents indicate Hollingsworth, age 21, physically forced a 21 year old female victim to have sexual intercourse as she resisted physically and verbally. Hollingsworth displayed a handgun, by laying it next to the victim on the couch, during the assault. In 1992, Hollingsworth was convicted of PROMOTING PROSTITUTION in Multnomah County. In 1993, Hollingsworth was convicted of COMPELLING PROSTITUTION in Multnomah County. On these two convictions, Hollingsworth would enlist 14-17 year old females for prostitution.
