| Narrative: | On the above date and time, an officer of the Brooksville Police Department made contact with Prudencio Hurbina at the intersection of Daniel Avenue and Decatur Street. Hurbina gave consent to a search of his person which revealed a plastic bag containing 15 grams of marijuana and a pack of rolling papers in his pants pocket. Hurbina was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is being held on $1,000.00 bond. |
