| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that units responded to 215 Highland St in reference to a battery complaint. During the investigation it was found that Ramon Reyna and his girlfriend (mother of his children) had a altercation during which Reyna pushed and slapped her in the face. Reyna then got into an altercation with the girlfriend’s father pushing him into a fence and onto the ground, where he then struck him in the face several times with his fist. Reyna fled the area but was arrested later for two counts of domestic battery. While checking Reyna’s criminal history it was found that he had a prior conviction of battery which resulted in Reyna being charged with two felony counts of battery. Reyna was held at the Hernando County Jail under a no bond status. |
