| Comments: | According to official documents, Ford Pled guilty to the crime of Offering to engage in sex with a minor in return for a fee (Patronizing a Juvenile Prostitute) on 2-23-1996. The victim in this crime who was 12 years of age had gone to a wooded area to meet a friend to ride dirt bikes. Ford approached the victim from behind and offered the victim $50.00 for oral sex. The victim refused and left. Detectives located two wooded signs in the area stating Randy would pay $50.00 for oral sex and left a phone number on the sign. Ford was I'd by the victim. Ford no longer has conditions on this crime. Ford was also convicted of the same type of crimes in 1971, 1972,and 1975. All of his victims were males between the ages of 9 and 17.
