| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Keith pled guilty to the crimes of Communication with a Minor of Immoral Purposes and Rape of a Child in the 3rd Degree. He was given a term of 60 months in prison on May 9, 2008 in Clallam County Superior Court. At the time of the crimes, Keith was 24 years of age and the victim was a 14 year old female. Keith would pick up the victim in the mornings and take her to school. During one the days that he was taking the victim to school, the victim was sexually assaulted. Keith also sent a digital photograph of a male's genitalia to the victim and was convicted of the Communication crime for doing so. When Keith was 14 years of age he was convicted of the crime of Incest 2nd degree in Clallam County Juvenile Court. Keith declined to participate in Sex Offender Treatment when in prison.
