| Narrative: | On the morning of May 27, 2012 the defendant RANDY ALLEN WENTWORTH was observed operating a white Toyota Tundra pickup truck south on N. Broad St from E. Jefferson. (Wrong way on a one way) The officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with WENTWORTH on E. Jefferson @ E. Early. WENTWORTH appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The officer conducted several field sobriety tests. Based on WENTWORTH’s performance and the officer’s observations WENTWORTH’s was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. WENTWORTH is being held on a $500 dollar bond. |
