| Details: | Beginning in 2006 the offender sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault the female victim ages 13-14 years old. On the first occasion the offender drove his vehicle up to the victim with his penis exposed and tried unsucessfully to pull her into the vehicle. In 2007 the offender touched the victim's genital area and on another occasion in the same year the put his hands between the victim's legs, told her that he loved her and would do anything for her. The victim was known to the offender. She was 14 at that time and the offender was 49 years old. The offender has a previous conviction for Sexual Assault 4th degree from 1991 the two offenses make him a lifetime registrant. |
