Dockery was given a term of 60 months in prison. The victim in his crime was a 15 year old female whom she had met once in 2004 and then again at a neighborhood party. The victim consumed alcohol that she described going in and out of consciousness due to the consumption of alcohol. This victim was sexually assaulted multiple times between July and September of 2004. Dockery was referred to participate in the Sex Offender Treatment Program but in August of 2007 he refused to participate. Dockery is no longer on supervision. Shall not purchase, own or have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon.
