| Comments: | Sex offenders have always lived in our communities; but it was not until passage of the community protection act of 1990 (which mandates sex offender registration) that law enforcement even knew where they were living. In many cases, law enforcement is not able to share that information with you. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated. Further, such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notifications. We believe the only person who wins if community notification ends is the sex offender, since sex offenders drive their power through secrecy. According to Official documents from the State of MA. TEENEY sexually assaulted a known male under 14 years of age. During the same time TEENEY sexually assaulted a known female uner the age of 14. Upon arrival to Washington State Teeney was scored and rated as a LEVEL I Offender. On 6/18/2018 Marysville Police Department arrested TEENEY for Indecent Exposure. According to Official documents TEENEY was loading items into the rear of a truck. Wearing loose fitting shorts exposed TEENEY's penis and testicals which was seen by the victim who called 911 and the Police Officer when he pulled into the parking lot. When TEENEY observed the Police car he quickly adjusted his shorts as to not show his privates. The Officer wrote in the report TEENEY was "Fully Visible" from the roadway, sidewalk and neighboring businesses and residences.
