| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Wilson pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 03/07/1994 to one count of First Degree Rape. He was sentenced to 136 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Wilson Raping an unknown adult female victim. The victim returned after being gone from her residence to find the door to her residence ajar. She entered and found her residence ransacked and Wilson hiding, crouched behind the door. She confronted Wilson and walked away from the residence. Wilson followed her and told her someone had hidden his property in her residence. He walked back towards her residence and she followed him as she was concerned for the safety of her pets. Wilson then grabbed the victim by the throat and threw to the ground and forced her to partially disrobe at knife point. The victim pled with Wilson and he took her into the residence, forced her to remove the rest of her clothing and raped her, waited about 15 minutes, then raped her a second time. He then told the victim to go to the bathroom and he left the residence. The victim reported the incident to police and Wilson was located in a shack and the victim was able to positively identify him. Wilson will be on active supervision with the Everett Department of Corrections Office (425) 290-3200 for 24 months and will have the following conditions: Do not enter within a one mile radius of victim's residence. Do not possess or consume alcohol, and do not frequent establishments where alcohol is the chief commodity for sale. HIV and DNA testing. Have no direct/indirect contact with victim. Participant in breathalyzers, uninalysis, & polygraph exams as directed by CCO. Cost of ploygraph exams to be determined at a later date. Participate in substance abuse treatment as directed by CCO. Pay restitution ofr the costs of counseling and/or medical treatment as required by victim. |
