| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Boersma pled guilty on 6-21-2011 to the crimes of Child Molestation in the 2nd Degree and Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes and was given a term of 20 months by Snohomish County Superior Court. The victim in his crime was between the ages of 12 and 13. Boersma was homeless and was allowed to reside at the victim's home. Between 8-2009 and 1-2010 Boersma who was 20 years old at the time had kissed and fondled his victim and had her touch him. The Suspect and victim in this crime used the phone and also texted each other about their plans. The victim mother became aware of what was taking place and the police were contacted. In April of 2009 Boersma who was 20 years of age sexually assaulted a 14 year old female who he had met two weeks prior to the assault that took place at a party. Boersma exposed himself to this victim and attempted to have the victim give him a lap Dance . She stated no and attempted to get away from him when he hoisted her into the air and touched her in a sexual way. The victim was able to get away from Boersman and call her mother. Boersma also admits to having sexual intercourse with a 15 year old when he was 20. Boersman was not able to attend treatment while in prison due to the lack of time. Boersma is on active supervision for a period of 36 months with the Marysville Office of the Department of Corrections. 360-658-2150 Shall enter into and successfully complete sex offender treatment. Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall not resie with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess or consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescripition. Submit to breathalyzer testing as directed. |
