He was caught on more than one occasion entering the women`s locker room at the Lake Oswego Racquet Club and watching females undress while hiding in a bathroom stall. In 1992 Ferguson was convicted in Washington County for 2nd Degree Rape after sexually assaulting a 13 year old female. In 1996, Ferguson was convicted in Mult. County of Public Indecency and 2 cts. of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. In 2000, Ferguson was convicted in Clark County of 4th Degree Assault and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. During that investigation Ferguson was found hiding in one of the two stalls in the women`s restroom at Wintler Park. He was attempting to look under the stall at a 14 year old female.
