| Comments: | According to official documents, Fowler pled guilty to two counts of Indecent Liberties and one count of Statutory Rape in the 1st Degree. Fowler was given 180 days and required to attend sex offender treatment while on supervision for two years on April 3, 1990. Fowler violated his terms of release by failure to attend treatment and moving his residence without permission of his corrections office. He sentence was revoked and he was ordered into prison for a period of 54 months in September of 1990. The victims in his crimes were ages 6 and 9, both females whom were disabled.
