The victim of this offense was a four year old female who was known to him. His crime to this four year old female was the unwanted touching of the victim , oral sex with the victim and having the victim touch him. Galovin has also admitted to five incidents of indecent exposure. Galovin completed three years of sexual deviancy treatment, but re-offended two weeks after treatment ended. He declined participation in the sex offender treatment program during this incarceration. During is current incarceration he completed Anger/Stress Management classes and basic and advanced Alternatives to Violence Classes.
