SUBMITTED BY: CLOUD, TOD FHP3745 (AR11123944) did, knowing HIS driver's license or driving privilege had been cancelled, suspended or revoked AS A HABITUAL TRAFFIC OFFENDER, drive a motor vehicle upon the highways of this state while such license or privilege was cancelled, TO WIT: THE DEFENDANT'S DRIVING PRIVILEGE WAS REVOKED FOR 60 MONTHS ON 112910, in violation of Florida Statute 322.34(5) ON 121411, AT APPROXIMATELY 1031 HOURS, I STOPPED THE DEFENDANT'S VEHICLE ON GROVER CLEVELAND BOULEVARD, AT STATE ROAD 55, BECAUSE THE DEFENDANT WAS NOT WEARING HIS SEAT BELT. UPON ASKING THE DEFENDANT FOR HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE HE STATED HE DID NOT HAVE IT ON HIM BECAUSE IT WAS SUSPENDED. UPON RUNNING A COMPUTER CHECK OF THE DEFENDANT'S DRIVER'S LICENSE, THE CHECK REVEALED THAT HIS DRIVING PRIVILEGE WAS SUSPENDED FOR 60 MONTHS FOR BEING A HABITUAL TRAFFIC VIOLATOR ON 112910. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AT 1102 HOURS, FOR DRIVING WHILE HIS LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED/REVOKED. HE WAS PLACED IN MY PATROL VEHICLE, HANDCUFFED AND DOUBLE LOCKED IN THE FRONT, AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S VEHICLE WAS REMOVED FROM THE SCENE BY JIM'S QUALITY PAINT. THE DEFENDANT WAS ISSUED TWO TRAFFIC CITATIONS; CITATION 1261-WHT FOR NO SEAT BELT BY DRIVER, AND CITATION NUMBER 1261-WHU, FOR DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED OR REVOKED. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $2,000.00 PER THE BOND SCHEDULE.
