The photos were found approximately three years later by the mother of the victim. Hale also secretly videotaped himself and the 38 year old female victim while they engaged in intercourse. The victim did not know he was videotaping nor did she give him permission to do so. Convicted of Assault III w/Sexual Motivation in May 2010 - At age 33, Hale physically and sexually assaulted the known 34 year old female. Hale recently released from Coyote Ridge Correction Center and registered to the listed address.
