| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Hicks was found guilty by jury trial of two counts of Rape in the First degree and was given a turn of 96 months in May of 1990. Hicks forcibly raped two 12-year old female strangers. The victims had run away from home and were staying with a male acquaintance of Hicks. Hicks invited the victims to get some beer with him. Both victims went with Hicks, who took them to a loft area of a building where the beer was said to be kept. Once inside this loft area, Hicks sexually assaulted both victims after he told them that he had a knife. At the time of this assault, Hicks was on parole for a property crime. Hicks did attend Sex Offender Treatment at prison, but was deemed to be a high risk to re-offend both sexually and criminally to be a very high risk to be violent. Hicks has a criminal history of: Burglary x2 and Drug charges. Hicks was convicted of the Crime of Failure to Register as a sex offender and was given a term of 24 months on December 17, 2009 with credit for time already served.
